• Free standard shipping, US addresses only for now.
• Each portrait is printed and framed to order — typically 3-7 business days in production, then 3-5 business days in transit.
• You'll get a shipping confirmation by email once your order leaves production.

Returns & refunds

Because your portrait is made specifically from your photo, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind. We will always make it right for:

• Manufacturing defects (print quality, frame damage from the factory)
• Shipping damage (arrived cracked, bent, or damaged in transit)
• Wrong item received

Email us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund — your choice.
