Who we are

Storied Pet is a product of Incultnito LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect when you use storiedpet.com and why.

What we collect

• The photo you upload and optional portrait instructions — used to prepare your preview and print your order. Please only upload a photo you have the right to use, and avoid including unrelated personal information in your instructions.
• Order and shipping details (name, email, address, phone) — collected by Stripe at checkout so we can ship your order and send confirmations.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Campaign codes (source, medium, campaign, and content) — when present in the page address, attached to your Stripe checkout record.

How we use it

We use your photo and order details to produce, fulfill, and ship your order, and to contact you about it. We use campaign codes to understand which links lead to checkout and paid orders. This campaign measurement does not set cookies or use browser storage. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Cloudflare — hosting the website and storing uploaded photos and generated portraits. Website requests also pass network information to this service.
• Stripe — payment processing and storage of your checkout record, including campaign codes when provided.
• Printify and its print partners — the selected print image and order details needed for production and shipping.
• Runway ML and OpenAI — if you choose a stylized option (Classic Painting, a holiday style, Pop Art, or Watercolor), your uploaded photo and any portrait instructions are sent to one of these AI image-generation providers to create the stylized version. Choosing "Your Original Photo" skips this step entirely.

Photo links and stored originals

Each stored photo has a link that can be opened by someone who has that link. We use these links to show previews and provide images to our processing and print partners. Avoid sharing your photo link publicly. When a stylized portrait is created, the original upload can remain stored as well as the generated version. Browsers and other recipients may retain downloaded or cached copies.

How long we keep it

Our retention targets for photos we store: a photo uploaded without an order is deleted 7 days after upload; photos used for an order are deleted 90 days after delivery; photos sent as damage evidence are deleted 90 days after the issue is resolved. These deletions are currently carried out by manual review, so a photo can remain briefly past its target until it is reviewed. Records needed for an open order, an agreed replacement or refund, accounting, legal obligations, or preventing duplicate fulfillment may need to remain for those purposes. Payment, fulfillment, hosting and image-generation providers can retain separate records under their own practices and applicable obligations. Removing a photo from our storage does not necessarily remove copies already downloaded or cached elsewhere.

Your choices

Contact Peng using the email below to ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with your order or upload. Include the minimum information needed to identify it, such as an order reference, and use the email associated with your order when possible. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. Before confirming an action, we need to identify the relevant records and any applicable retention requirements. We will explain what action has been taken and any records that must remain and why. These requests do not affect your applicable legal rights or our replacement and refund policy.
