Who we are

Storied Pet is a product of Incultnito LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect when you use storiedpet.com and why.

What we collect

• The photo you upload — stored so we can print your order. Please only upload a photo you have the right to use.
• Order and shipping details (name, email, address, phone) — collected by Stripe at checkout so we can ship your order and send confirmations.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Solely to produce, fulfill, and ship your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printify and its print partners — production and shipping of your order (your uploaded photo and shipping address are sent to them for this purpose only).

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and order records are kept only as long as needed to fulfill your order and handle any follow-up (returns, reprints, support). Contact us to request deletion once your order has arrived.

Email us anytime to ask what we have on file or to request it be deleted.
